Why is there more water outside of the water bowl than inside of it?
I will tell you why.
Someone likes to dip their paws in the water bowl.
These are Leroy's wet paws
Which is fine, but there are 2 other dogs in the house that also drink out of the same water bowl and I am sure they don’t appreciate drinking stinky paw water.
Enter in the idea of using the biggest bucket I can find in the house for an outside water bowl.

There is a Newfie puppy at the Onslow County Animal Control, and mommy was thinking about bringing it home since there isn't much demand such a large dog with all the apartment dwellers around here.
