Wordless Wednesday, With A Few Words.
Yesterday I came home from work and their was a package sitting on the kitchen table.
It had my name on it.
I had no idea what it was because I wasn’t expecting anything.
I was excited.
I opened it up and it was my award for the BlogPaws Nose to Nose Pet Blogging and Social Media Award.
It was like a Grammy award!
I started to cry.
No I didn’t.
Yes, I did. (don’t tell)
Then I gave Leroy my acceptance speech.
No I didn’t.
Seriously, I didn’t.
Maybe I did. Maybe I didn’t. I’m pleading the fifth.
I was super surprised to get the award in the mail.
Since we weren’t at the actual ceremony to receive it, I guess I thought we wouldn’t get it.
I’m happy I got.
Once again I would like to thank BlogPaws, HaloPets and FreeKibble.com for the award and for the generous donation.
The really reward for this award is going to come later this week when the kids and I visit the shelter that I picked to receive the 5,000 meal donation. We are going there to personally introduce ourselves and to take them a little care package.
I’ll have a full report for you on this visit next week.
