ClamJam 2012 is done and over and was a great success once again, at least that is what I’ve been told. I thought I was going to have to call mischief on the weather, but to be honest, it was perfect clambake weather. Chilly, damp, and overcast. It rained pretty heavy here in the morning but the bake didn’t start until 3:00 and by then the rain had stopped.
I guess it could of been a bit warmer but who wants to go to clambake when it’s 80 degrees outside? Not me that’s for sure.
No matter what the weather it’s all about the company that you’re with on that day and the company could not of been any better.
Besides all of the cute, adorable children, including my own, who so graciously played outside in the mud and then proceeded to run through my house leaving adorable little muddy footprints on the carpet, the only other mischief maker was Leroy.
Imagine that.
Leroy a mischief maker.
Who would of thunk.
Leroy, who was contained in his cage for most of the party, managed to create the most mischief when I let him out of his cage after most of the guests had left.
Bad decision on my part because in the 90 seconds that he was out of the cage he grabbed a caramel apple off of the table and ran out the front door.
Lucky for me Bobby was outside and was able to tackle him and return him to me where he was sent back to prison until I could further secure the premises.

I’m not sure which is more disappointing – that Leroy didn’t get to eat the apple or that you didn’t provide pictures of Bobby tackling Leroy! That is certainly something I would have liked to have seen!
