Frozen Slobber. It Could Poke Your Eye Out.
categories: wordless wednesday
Sometimes in the winter, when temperatures drop below freezing, slobber freezes before it has time to hit the ground.
It will just freeze in mid-drip.
And sometimes when you go to fling that frozen slobber, it lands somewhere you didn’t intend for it to land.
In these cases one must be careful that one does not poke their eye out because that would just be bad andĀ embarrassing.

January 9, 2013 at 2:17 am (162 days ago)Neat! Sorry we have never had that happen. Mica doesn’t really slobber unless their is food and when she drinks but that is a waterfall. Lexie seldom slobbers and drinks dainty ( I don’t know why) but neither have slobbered out in the cold. He looks really cute, love the expression.

January 9, 2013 at 2:35 pm (162 days ago)Oh dear… Frozen slobber strikes me as much less disgusting. At least it wouldn’t be wet and get all over one’s pants. That’s something, right? Poor boy…

January 9, 2013 at 4:52 pm (162 days ago)Rooo I’ve never heard of frozen slobber before! Then again, I’m not the slobbery type so I don’t have much first paw experience! *waggy tail*

January 9, 2013 at 10:21 pm (161 days ago)LOL! I remember those days. My friend Beth had a Great Dane named Gabe and the slobber was equally as deadly. It always made for an interesting walk to see where it would end up.
Hoping all is well with Sherman Jen. Been thinking about him ever since you posted your concerns about him. He is in my prayers.
