So the other day I was out back with the boys and there was a nice breeze blowing through and Leroy got a good sniff of something coming by.
I loved how he was taking all the time in the world to see what was exciting his nose and I was happy that I had my camera sitting close by so I could get a few shots of him.
As you might be able to tell he has a little bit of yellow on the side of his nose because he knocked my vase of sunflowers over a few minutes before this.
I didn’t realize he had the yellow pollen on him until I sat down with my camera to go over the pictures that I just took.
And that’s when I noticed something else that gave me a near fatal heart attack right there on my back patio.
A tumor. A frickin oral mass under his bottom tooth.
I ran over to him immediately and grabbed his mouth and had a look.
Nothin.
I ran back to the camera to make sure I was focusing on the right area.
Yup. Bottom right. Oral mass.
Ran back to Leroy and looked again. Nothin.
No swelling. No redness. No mass.
I had to look at his mouth over a hundred times that day and probably a thousand times since then and still nothin.
I’m glad it’s really not there, but I’m a little upset with my camera for playing such a dirty trick on me.
Has that ever happened to you? Has your camera ever played a dirty little trick on you?

Wow - and who says the camera never lies! So glad it wasn't really there!
We haven't had that happen, though quite often the camera pretends I'm not as cute as I really am! Tee Hee
Wags to all,
Your pal Snoopy :)

Oh my gosh i'd be going nuts over a thing like this...I can't even imagine what we might be seeing in the photo (and yes, there is something there in the photo) but the great news is that whatever it is it's not there in the real world...Whew!

That is scary! Mom just gets frustrated when she takes a bunch of great photos, downloads them and finds out they were all to dark or not focused correctly...yes, she has lots to learn!
