We’re Taking Notes On Some Of Your Favorite Dr. Seuss Quotes.

I don’t rhyme very well but I’ll try it just this one time, to honor one of the best children authors of all time.  So please sit back and relax and start taking some notes of some of my all time favorite Dr. Seuss quotes.

“Oh the places you’ll go! There is fun to be done! There are points to be scored. There are games to be won. And the magical things you can do with that ball will make you the winning-est winner of all.”― Dr. Seuss, Oh, the Places You’ll Go!

I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me.

“I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living.”
― Dr. Seuss

So these are some of my favorite Dr. Seuss quotes, which one of these quotes has got your vote? Or maybe you would like to share one of your favorite Dr. Seuss quotes, and if you do I’ll be sure to put it in my handy dandy tote that carries all my notes, filled with all my favorite Dr. Seuss quotes.

I’ll stop now with my rhyming game, because by now I’m sure you’re thinking I’m quite lame, but keep in mind I gave it a shot and a rhyming author I obviously am not!

“You’re never too old, too wacky, too wild, to pick up a book and read to a child.”

What better way to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday than reading to a child? On the evening of March 2nd (Dr. Seuss’s birthday), Random House and the National Education Association (NEA) urge you to participate in the second annual Read Across America and read to a child

I love Doctor Suess and read his books to all my kids. I think this was a brilliant use of his rymes very creative. And the pictures you used were perfect. I will have to see if I can come up with one but I haven’t read any new books for [*****] years:-) I use to own a set but I think one of the kids took them.

You and Pup Fan have certainly done well by the good doctor.

I don’t have a favorite quote per se. But I loved the animated special, Halloween is Grinch Night, when the little boy in the story went outside to use the euphemism. :)

As a very young child, I had A Fish Out of Water memorized…So I just googled it and surprised the heck out of myself. It was not by Dr.Seuss but by his wife based on a short story he wrote. A life time of thinking it was a Dr.Seuss was just shattered :-)
