I am always excited to try out new dog products with the dogs so when I was contacted by EzyDog to try out  one of their products I gladly accepted the offer.
EzyDog has a wide range of products such as collars, leashes, chest plates, harnesses, dog flotation devices, winter jackets for your dog and backpacks, I chose to test out one of their leash sets.
The leash set that was determined to be the best fit for the Newfs and I was the Cujo Leash.
The leash is 25″ inches long with 6″inches of shock absorbing stretch. The tight, short stretch is said to give the most control and comfort for medium to large dogs that tend to pull.
I also received (2) 24″ inch extensions for dual tangle free walking!
The extensions can also be used for correction collars which is an added bonus for Leroy!
When the leash set arrived I have to admit that I was a bit nervous. First,  I have never walked the dogs on a dual leash system before and the scenarios that kept happening in my head where a bit frightening.
All of a sudden walking both dogs on the same leash didn’t sound like a very good idea.
So when things started off like this, I was hesitant to go any further.
Sherman was getting claustrophobic because Leroy was pushing him into the side of the car and I really had no idea what I was going to do.
As soon as we established that we were NOT going for a ride in the car, everything started to come together.
I was pleasantly surprised how much stretch that the leashes gave and that the boys could still have their own space. They were able to comfortably walk without getting tangled on opposite sides.
As we continued to walk I was amazed at the way the leash felt. It wasn’t like the regular old leash that I normally use. It was more smooth. I didn’t feel all the tension in my arms and shoulders that I normally feel when we first start out on a walk. Leroy seemed to pull less too.
I had the “occasional dog walker” give it a try too, and he was equally impressed.
No tangles, which I thought would be nearly impossible with two large dogs.
We both like the Pyramid Pull System Handle too.
This looks like a water ski handle and the concept is that the pyramid design eliminates the pinching that often happens with regular loop handled leashes. The soft, cushy handle provides a nice, comfy grip too.
Another nice feature of this leash is the reflective strand that is weaved through the entire leash for safety at night.  Safety first!
All in all, I really liked this leash and even more so, so did my arms.
*Note-while I did take the dogs for about a 15 minute walk with this leash, we did NOT encounter anything that would make them pull EXTRA HARD, so I have no idea what the outcome would be if they both were to go after something at the same time, and I don’t want to know.
*Disclosure- I received a free EzyDog Cujo Leash System from  EzyDog in return for my honest review of their product.
