It is with great sadness that I have to share the unexpected news that our very good friend Kari from Houndgirl had to say good-bye to Fred last night.
For those of you who are familiar with Kari and Fred, you know that Fred has been battling Canine Epilepsy for the past few months, late last night Fred lost his battle with the disease and crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge with Kari by his side every step of the way.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kari, Scott and Haylie while they deal with their unexpected loss.

What awful news! I knew he had been ill but I had thought he was getting better. This makes me so sad but I thank you for sharing the news. My heart goes out to Kari.
