Creative Dog Hair Art By Stanley The Newfie

Most Newfies are going through the heaviest shedding season of the year.

The spring shed.

Dog hair is flying everywhere and Newf owners are scrambling trying to keep up with the massive amount of hair that is being dropped.

Plastic bags are overflowing with hair.

Tumbleweeds are blowing through the house and couches have a fresh new fuzzy coating.

The spring shed is nothing new to veteran Newf people.

They are fully aware that this was coming because Newfies tend to blow their coats twice a year.

What’s a little different about this shedding season is that most of us are following stay at home orders from our governors and we’re a little bored.

We have time to spare and a lot of dog hair so some people are getting creative with that and whipping up some creative ways to display their dog’s hair.

One account on Instagram has caught our attention with their creative dog hair art and fun puns.

Meet H. Stanley.

Stanley is a 2-year-old Newfoundland that is currently blowing his beautiful black coat. (Check out his Instagram

Instead of just tossing all that fluff away, Stanley’s owner has gotten really good at creative dog hair art.

Check out some of their amazing creations below:

“Quarantine got ‘ya crabby?”

“Lil tail for you today…I had a call from the fashion police with reports of wearing crocs. Needless to say, I was snappy with the investi-gator and told him to have a jawsome day.”

“Henestly, are you feeling as cooped up as I am?”

“I’m ex-pandaing so much during this panda-emic that I’m gonna need suspandas soon.”

“These Stanimals are keeping me octopied.”

“During these challenging times, gotta find ways to amoose oneself.”

This is just a small taste of Stanley’s creative dog hair and hair-alious puns. ( I tried)
