May your kitchen be filled with Newfies under your feet as you prepare this year’s scrumptious feast.
May your turkey be plump and safe out of the Newfie’s reach because no one needs their counters breached.
May your potatoes and gravy have a few sprinkles of dog hair but everyone will eat them without any care.
May your tables be filled with those who are dear and hopes that no slobber strings land on the chandelier.
And when dinner is done and the dishes are cleared, may your Newfie nap by your side even though their request for pie was denied.
We know that this year is different than most but I’m sure we all can find something to toast.
If nothing comes to mind, remember you have a Newfie by your side and that is a blessing that is easy to find.
