Friday’s Favorite Five

We hope that you like the products we featured in today’s post. Just so we’re clear, My Brown Newfies is a participant in the Amazon LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and other affiliate networks.

While I’ve always tried to stay up to date on all the new fun and cool dog toys, treats, and basic dog products, I’ve slacked a little bit in the young dog department for the last several years.

With the addition of Odin and Finn we’ve been exploring a lot of other toys, gadgets, dog treats the past few months.

Odin thought that it would be a good idea to share some of his favorite items with all his friends so each week we’ll be sharing some of our favorite finds.

These will be things that we’ve tried and loved and think you will too!

Favorite Dog Treats

Cloud Star Meatballs.

I’ve been ordering this treat for Odin with our regular auto-ship from Chewy.com.

Both Odin and Finn LOVE them. They are great for catching and are easy to break up for Finn.

I use these as a “special treat” so they’re not daily and so far we’ve tried the chicken meatballs and the beef meatballs.

Favorite Dog Toy

Chuck It Boomerang

This has become one of Odin’s favorite outdoor toy and it’s one that I’ve had since Sherman and Leroy but they never played with it.

Odin loves to fetch it and play tug with it.

I don’t let Finn play with it because he ruins every toy that he touches.  Lol

Favorite Dog-Related Gadget

The Lickimat.

I ordered this product about 2 weeks and immediately put it to use with Odin.

I’ve been using it to assist me with trimming his nails and it has really helped!

I have it tied to our new grooming table but it does have a suction cup on it which makes it easy to stick to the floor, bathtub or any surface other than the wood poles that I have it on.

Favorite Summer Dog Product

Amazon Basics Elevated Bed

I took a chance on this cot for Odin and I’m happy I did.

I didn’t know if he would use it or not but as soon as I set it up he was on it!

I bought it for outside and this is his new favorite spot!

We move it around in the yard and on the patio but his favorite spot is next dad when he’s grilling.

You can’t beat the price on this and so far it has held up well!

Favorite Grooming Tool

CHOM CHOM Dog Hair Remover

This isn’t really a grooming tool but it picks up hair!

I don’t know who has been keeping this amazing product from me but I’m love!

This is kind of like a lint roller but even better. It’s supposed to pick up hair from furniture, bedspreads, rugs, car interior and many other places and it does not disappoint!

I was amazed when I first used it on our couch and I can’t say enough good things about it!

Tails Around the Ranch

Saturday 30th of May 2020

Some very cool products here. We may need to get one of those lick mats-they seem to be all the rage these days.

Ducky's Mom

Friday 29th of May 2020

All those products look great! Personally, I've been using lickimats for Ducky for several months now for her enrichment. However, I just recently started using them (I have a few different ones) for when hubby's dementia-induced negative energy makes her anxious at meal times. She won't eat out of her normal bowl then, but she will eat off the lickimats. I might just buy an extra large to use just for her meals.
